Think of assistance with household tasks; doing laundry, dishes, groceries, making appointments for you that you find difficult, assisting when going to the doctor, receiving visitors, preparing food, taking a walk, bringing books back to the library, picking up medication at the pharmacy, etc. Our employees are not medically trained, do not offer nursing or medical care.
Employees receive salary and board and lodging. Empatico takes care of all the arrangements. This also applies to travel and insurance. You make the working agreements, provide the daily tasks and make agreements about free time together, to which your caregiver is of course also entitled.
